To assist potential private home buyers to make better-informed purchasing decisions by providing them with objective information, opinions and recommendations.
As SG PropConsult is neither a property marketing entity nor aligned with any property marketer, our sole obligation is towards our clients - the home buyers/investors.
Is SG PropConsult a certified consultant?
The answer is "No".
The opinions that we provide are based on knowledge and experience that we have accumulated as private home buyers/investors over the years. We do not have formal qualification or training in property, so the reviews that we produce should only be used as a source of reference. They are not professional advice and neither are they legally binding.
In other words: If you seek professional advice/opinion that will stand up in a court of law, SG PropConsult is NOT who you should call.
What services can SG PropConsult provide?
"Second Opinion" on specific development
If you are eyeing an apartment in a specific development and would like a "second opinion" before making an offer, SG PropConsult can provide you with our review of that development. The review will consist of information such as:
• General Information about the development, including "not so obvious" facts if available
• What we "like" and "dislike" about the development in general
• What we "like" and "dislike" about the apartment type, e.g. layout, orientation etc
• Things you may wish to consider before cutting that cheque
• Information on the recent transacted prices for units within the development
• Our opinion on whether the asking price is reasonable or otherwise (Note: this is solely our opinion and NOT professional advice)
Recommendation on developments within specific area/district
Based on your specific requirements, SG PropConsult will recommend and we will mutually agree on a short-list of developments (maximum 3) that SG PropConsult will review. The review will consist of information such as:
• General information about the respective developments
• What we "like" and "dislike" about each development in general
• What we "like" and "dislike" about the specific apartment type in each development
• Comparison table for all 3 developments based on general and unit specific characteristics
• Information on the recent transacted prices for units within the respective developments
• Our opinion on which of the 3 development is the best choice (Note: this is solely our opinion and NOT professional advice)
• Connect you with property marketer that we have gotten to know (and trust), who may specialize in marketing the development that you are interested in - absolutely no obligation on your part and only if you require
Any other "ad-hoc" project
SG PropConsult is always open to discussion on other property-related services that you may require. So do talk to us!
What will it cost me?

• Recommendation on developments within specific area/district: TBA
• "Ad-hoc" project: Fees subject to mutual agreement
Payment to be made into our designated PayPal account upon confirmation of project.
