Almost 3,800sqft spread over 5 levels (inclusive of rooftop terrace), 5 bedrooms (all en suite), decent floor-plate area per level (i.e. not one of those "thin and narrow" cluster house) and even comes with full facilities and a gorgeous pool.
It was almost love at first sight for both the wife and I.
Okay... granted this is not a new development. But we can probably live with this especially when the asking price is so much lower than the $3 million that you have to pay for a similar-size unit in The Greenwood (our other "beyond our reach" dream house).
We will tell you more... once we close the deal.

ReplyDeleteKim: THAT is an important consideration. But wIth 5 bedrooms we reckon we have quite a few options. Anyway, we can start thinking about it when we actually buy the place!
