Thanks for the quick review. I reckon most dense projects in Singapore -- anywhere in the world, for that matter -- will have "so so" quality cabinetry and fixtures. If everything inside these flats is installed with love and attention to fit/finish, then the project will never be completed. As for the quality, I'm not sure how it works in Singapore but when you buy a brand new house in the US you have the option to upgrade many things inside the house, from the kitchen counter to wall-to-wall carpeting; however, the defaults are almost always so-so quality by design in order to upsell.
