Good figures...Cooling measures really works...Resale market drastic fall...Buyer's market starts now...
i thought a few years back, a total yearly transaction number of 16,000 to 17,000 is hot market? Now, 17,000/12 is market cool?
Returned condominiums fetched to 152 nos in April 2013 - record high. This shows Buyers back off due to ABSD & tough Cooling measures.
