CENTENNIA SUITES anyone?

The wife and I have managed to get our hands on the presentation kit (i.e. the info pack that agents use to sell the property) for CENTENNIA SUITES. It provides you with details about the project, and more importantly, the floor plans of the various unit types (except the two penthouses) that are available.

And for those of you who are really really interested in CENTENNIA SUITES, we have enclosed the LOA (Letter of Authority), where you basically assigned your rights to the marketing agent to select and purchase the unit on your behalf. This supposedly give you a better chance of securing the apartment type of your choice, since the selection/purchase process is done before the project is open to the public.

Given our current schedules  - only one more weekend to CNY and we have already set our sights on what we want to "see" this weekend, CNY shopping, go to the bank to exchange new notes for angpows etc etc -  the earliest that the wife and I can go see CENTENNIA SUITES is after the Chinese New Year. Hopefully *fingers crossed*, this project wll not be fully sold before that.
