How will this compared to other existing condo in Telok Blangah area like Pearl, HabourView Tower and Carribean ?

We do not think it'll be "apple to apple" as compared to the other three projects, Foresta is

1. Freehold
2. Low-rise (5-storey only)

But the wife and I have seen the actual site of Foresta (i.e. the current Pander Court) and frankly, we are less than impressed with the location and surrounding. This is especially given the selling price.

We'll tell you more in our review!

It is not exactly "apple to apple" comparing Foresta with the other 3 projects you mentioned, as Foresta is:
1. Freehold
2. Low-rise (5-Storey only)

However, the wife and I were hardly impressed by the actual site (i.e. the current Pander Court) and surrounding of Foresta, esp. given the asking price.

But we will tell you more in our review!
