Went to a cluster house project yesterday and discovered in small print that not only the basement carpart but the ROOF & water tank is considered as part of the built-in sq footage. According to agent, this is the norm for Strata-title property. Is that right?
That was what we were told when we saw ESTRIVILLAS end of last year.
So the moral of the story is: ALWAYS read the small print!
